What is a trunk show?It is a special event where you can see a designer’s latest or entire collection. The samples travel to stores all over the country, so they are only here for a limited time. Typically there is a representative here to help with the collection, and usually incentives are applicable during the trunk show. |

Can I take pictures when I try on gowns?We don’t allow pictures of the gowns while you are trying them on. Once you have purchased a gown, you can take as many pictures as you’d like. |

Will my consultant help me every time?Your bridal consultant will be with you during your entire experience here, and we try to schedule your future appointments with her (with the exception of alterations). She will try to always be available for you and answer whatever questions you have. If you are unhappy with your consultant, please let a manager know immediately and we can have another consultant help you. Our goal is for you to have a great experience with us! |
