How long does it take to order a gownMost of our sample average size is 10 or 12, but we do have gowns in a variety of sizes, including a great selection of plus-size bridal gowns. Average bridesmaid dress is size 10, and our mother’s gown selection ranges from size 6-22. In some cases, we may be able to order a gown with a rush cut, which is an additional fee that allows the designer to make your dress quicker than their normal delivery. Please remember that alterations are always needed on any gown, and so in addition to the lead time of your gown to arrive, you should allow an additional 3-4 months for bridal alterations, and 1-2 months for bridesmaid and mother’s alterations. |

What does the ordering process involve?Once you have found your gown, it’s helpful to be prepared to purchase so you can move forward with the rest of your wedding plans and other decisions. Gowns can be discontinued or increase in price at any moment, so you won’t want to be disappointed later. Upon ordering, we will expertly measure you and recommend the proper size based on the designer’s size chart. We require a 60% deposit to order bridal gowns and accessories, and we take all forms of payment.
We are not able to accept a check payment if merchandise is leaving the store, but happily accept them for items being ordered. If you are purchasing something on sale or off-the-rack, full payment is required at purchase. We will notify you once your gown has arrived; and you can schedule an appointment to try it on with your consultant or start alterations with one of our expert seamstresses. All sales are final and special orders cannot be returned since they are custom made for you.

What if I want to try on a gown that you don’t carry? Many of our designers will allow us to borrow their samples as a loaner to try on before you order it.
A minimal deposit is required, of which most of that is transferrable towards the bridal gown you purchase.
